Shaundra Myers is an Assistant Professor in the Department of English at Northwestern University with affiliations in the Department of African American Studies and the Program in American Studies. Her work focuses on contemporary black literature and culture, with particular interests in African American global mobility in the era of racial integration. Her current projects include a book examining the global itineraries and encounters of African American literature in the post–civil rights period and a study of black women’s print circuits of the 1970s and ’80s.
